SACRET DROP  is an monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the well-known ancient Koroneiki Variety. SACRET DROP 

This  medium intensity EVOO of the well-known Koroneiki variety is harvested and cold pressed the same evening and then stored in stainless steel tanks oxygen free. This way we secure the renowned complex flavors and health-giving properties of this variety with high phenols.

Elegant antique green painted glass bottles of 500ml and 250ml are used to maximize shelf life since they completely prevent light penetration.

We also have a 100ml beautiful transparent mister for you to enjoy the golden liquid droplets on your favorite recipes.

Best stored in a dark place away from direct heat. If you store it at around 16 °C degrees it will keep all its tasty characteristics for a very long time. It is better not to refrigerate it. At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy and will start to solidify. However, this is natural and will disappear when returned to room temperature.

It is ideal finishing for fish or salads and Mediterranean dishes.

SACRET DROP  is fantastic on vegetables fresh or roasted. Drizzle over veggies before roasting them, or rub it with a little oregano on your roast chicken to give it an extra crispy skin! Also great in vinaigrettes, and delicious in bread dipping!  It works nicely on any greens, from mild butter lettuce to peppery arugula. 

It is awesome for seasoning your steaks before cooking them along with oregano, pepper, thyme, sea salt and whatever else you love to taste when eating it. Finally, it is great in baking and desserts too.
