Sacret drop production is carried out with mild means and natural processes, which means that the final harvest is less than those of the conventional ones. Best stored in a dark place away from direct heat. If you store it at around 16 °C degrees it will keep all its tasty characteristics for a very long time. It is better not to refrigerate it. At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy and will start to solidify. However, this is natural and will disappear when returned to room temperature.
