These olives have been cultivated without chemical-synthetic fertilizers, plant protection products, and soil herbicides. Furthermore, the whole organic process, from the crop to the bottling is under specific regulations to protect the quality of this fine EVOO.
Sacret drop production is carried out with mild means and natural processes, which means that the final harvest is less than those of the conventional ones. Sacret Drop Bio is among the few EVOOs with high health impact since it is very rich in polyphenols, known for their powerful antioxidant effect. Beneficial for brain health, skin and bone health, diabetes and oxidative stress among others.
Elegant antique green painted glass bottles of 500ml and 250ml are used to maximize shelf life since they completely prevent light penetration. We also have a 100ml beautiful transparent mister for you to enjoy the golden liquid droplets on your favorite recipes.
Best stored in a dark place away from direct heat. If you store it at around 16 °C degrees it will keep all its tasty characteristics for a very long time. It is better not to refrigerate it. At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy and will start to solidify. However, this is natural and will disappear when returned to room temperature.
