I buy Vital-Foods because their EVOO is certified authentic, and fully traceable. There is a harvest date stamped on every bottle. You know exactly how fresh your bottle is, at a glance – and the flavor is reflective. The organic is well-balanced with green flavors and a peppery finish Well worth the price for an EVOO which is certified authentic (there are so many frauds!) and produced by an ethical business. Do your research! It’s the best – and it’s super tasty.
EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY and AMAZING TASTE! I researched this product thoroughly before buying it. Even went so far as to contact the manufacturer personally. The owner spent at least 30 minutes with me and I learned so much about his family company. While it is not certified… IT IS ORGANIC! I learned a while back that the certification process for organic foods is so expensive for businesses, hence why the typical “certified organic” item is priced well above the conventional item in its category. This company’s product does NOT use GMOs and the olives ARE organic! I was so happy to learn this and even happier to finally find my “go-to” organic EVOO from now on. Kudos Vitals
Its sad. I didn’t know I was using less quality oil for the past 25 years until I tried this. Its delicious. I even drank a little just because. I doubt I’m going to use the last of my old stuff which is questionable. If you do the refrigerator test, this will setup hard in about a week or two. Becomes cloudy instantly. Tastes like olives
